Warwick, RI is a great place to live! With its coves, inlets and beaches Warwick has a character unlike other cities in Rhode Island. Warwick has very unique and separate neighborhoods each with its own character. Warwick is Rhode Island’s second largest city but is not really a city at all….this might sound strange but as you explore Warwick you will see exactly what I mean. Warwick is large in that it covers a lot of space but it consists of a very large housing stock of mostly single-family houses. There are not very many multi-families in Warwick at all. Warwick offers buyers great value: there are an abundance of neighborhoods to choose from, each with great housing stock; the schools are good and the taxes are reasonable and, very importantly, the houses are affordable.
